Enjoying the dynamic nature of construction and emerging technologies, Christian excelled in the adoption of new technologies, combined with process optimisation which led to him to the position of Completions Manager looking after precritical completion on some of London’s most iconic projects. This wealth of experience ultimately led him to establish a company aimed at assisting contractors and developers in utilising digital construction to drive efficiency and certainty. Today, he serves as the Director at AJ Digital Management Ltd, where he continues to use his expertise in large-scale project management.

Ryan Donoghue

Head of Digital Engineering

Ryan is an accomplished digital engineering and construction professional with a solid foundation in civil engineering. He began his career as a site engineer through the Laing O’Rourke Cadet Programme. After transitioning to the Digital Engineering team, Ryan had the opportunity to lead BIM on various Crossrail projects, honing his skills in managing complex digital requirements. He then took on the role of BIM Manager at Multiplex, where he spearheaded BIM initiatives for major developments, including the notable 22 Bishopsgate project. In his current role, Ryan is dedicated to collaborating with clients to implement efficient digital solutions.

Mircea Ciorapciu

BIM Manager

With  diverse experience varying from Lighting Design, Project Management, Design for a General Contractor and BIM, Mircea now provides actionable insights from IFC models, one data point at a time. Further to his BSc in Structural Engineering and multiple MSc in Construction related subjects, he now specialises in IFC data management, Power Query Magic and taming unruly data tables. Currently, he is leading the charge in optimising digital tools and data workflows, ensuring data compliance checks run smoothly and efficiently. His contribution helps ensure that both the numbers and the final buildings they represent hold up.

Sagar Paudel

BIM Coordinator

Sagar graduated with a degree in Automotive Engineering and Technology, however whilst at university, he developed an interest in Surveying. He joined AJ Digital in August 2023 with a desire to grow and was given the opportunity to enhance his knowledge by learning BIM Coordination and his skills in as built verification. 

He is now coordinating the 3D models, as well as developing the company’s built verification service with the help of some “nifty technology!”

Alexandru Cazacu

Software Developer

Alexandru Cazacu is a proactive and dedicated Cyber Security student. With hands-on experience across various roles in technology and cybersecurity, Alexandru has developed a robust foundation in threat analysis, incident response and risk management. His practical experience includes supporting IT projects at Heathrow Airport and participating in innovative product development at Vodafone Innovators. His technical skills span multiple programming languages, including Python, C#, and C++, and he is proficient in several security practices. 

Robbie Donoghue

BIM Coordinator

Robbie began his journey in the construction industry in February 2024 at AJ Digital as a document controller, before stepping into the role of BIM Coordinator in September. Since then, he has gained proficiency in Navisworks along with a solid understanding of coordination processes. 

As a BIM Coordinator, his primary responsibility is carrying out the clash detection process on multiple projects, as well as tracking and driving the resolution of issues using tools such as BIMCollab. 

Ilyada Perdi

BIM Technician

BIM Technician Ilayda is passionate about developing innovative solutions to enhance construction project practices. With extensive experience in BIM applications across various sectors, including airport, hospital and office buildings, she is committed to using the transformative potential of Building Information Modelling. Ilayda has a robust academic foundation in design coordination, construction operations and project management. Her hands-on experience as an Assistant BIM Manager at VINCI Construction UK and as a BIM Coordinator at Acibadem Project Management has equipped her with a comprehensive understanding of all BIM standards.
