Our Story:

AJ Digital Management hosts a wealth of experience within a variety of sectors. Specialising in the completion, handover and aftercare phases, we have been fortunate to work on some of London’s most iconic developments.

During the completion and initial aftercare phase of some projects it became apparent that a digital solution adopted or administered incorrectly has the potential to cause far reaching and costly issues to both the contractor and developer.

With the construction industry becoming evermore digital, a truly digital process to manage construction activities is a must. To assist contractors and developers alike in achieving this, AJ Digital Management focuses on the creation and merging of good processes with a personally tailored digital platform to produce real and quantifiable improvements in project delivery.

The result - a far more efficient and transparent approach in the delivery and operation of a built asset. Documentation and data is collated quicker and easier than ever whilst maintaining the highest levels of quality.

Our Approach:

Over the years we have found that consideration and effort into digital requirements are not given at the early stages of a project. This gives rise to issues once handover arrives.

We approach our projects in the opposite manner, front loading the effort to ensure that the digital requirements are well thought through and understood by the team. We capture and coordinate project information progressively, so that there are no surprises.
