What is Laser Scanning
Laser scanning is the process of creating a digital representation of your building or asset with what is referred to as a point cloud.
Once we have completed a laser scan, we process the point cloud and apply real world coordinates to make it a truly digital representation of your building or asset.

Base Design Discrepancy Review
We can identify any areas of the design which are out of tolerance when compared to the reality, in turn this can inform updates to the design prior to construction starting, avoiding costly delays on site.
As-Built Discrepancy Review
We can identify any areas of the building which are out of tolerance when compared to the as-built information, allowing you to resolve your as-built information prior to handover of the building or asset.
